How much does it cost to hire the Box Bar?
Rates vary depending on each event as our services are catered exactly to you and your requests. Distance traveled, how many hours of service requested, number of guests, extensiveness of menu, and lounge set up are some of the considerations that affect price. The Box Bar can be a fully contained unit bringing our own power, water, and water disposal if necessary.
Does the Box Bar sell alcohol?
No, we cannot provide or sell you alcohol. Our clients, or a third party, provides us with the alcohol and we stir it, shake it, pop it, and pour it for you. A slight inconvenience for you, but think of it as saving money, since you don't pay for the expensive mark up! Who doesn't love to save money! We can help make you a drink menu, figure out how much to buy, and recommend our favorite local brewers, vintners, and distillers, because we think local is best whenever possible.
Does the Box Bar have insurance?
Yes! We have $2 million in general liability insurance and $2 million in liquor liability insurance.
Are the Box Bar bartenders licensed?
Yes, all of our bartenders are TIP Certified, have experience, and best of all love what they do!
Does the Box Bar only serve alcohol?
No! Our mocktails are just as delicious as our cocktails. If you would like coffee and tea, that can be arranged as well (if there is power on site). The Box Bar does not serve food at this time.
Can I rent the Box Bar and provide my own bartenders?
Yes! We will deliver it, set it up, and come back and pick it up after your event. A deposit is required.
What is included?
Box Bar provides disposable cups, we can provide glassware as an additional cost if preferred.
